Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities! Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy. -Norman Vincent Peale
The cheerleader can say, “Rah, rah, rah, you can do it,” all day long. But if the team doesn’t believe they can win, they are more than likely not going to. The same goes for you. If you don’t have faith in your abilities, no amount of encouragement can help. Without faith, how can you succeed?
It begins with a belief in yourself. It begins with the right attitude. One that says, “I want it. I’m going to go get it. I am going to do what it takes, learn the skills necessary, and persist.” If this is not you. If you can’t believe in yourself to accomplish what you set out to do, then why bother?
The Virtue of Faith
There are things out there that we cannot see, but we know it is there. Not only do we accept these truths, but we rely upon them with confidence. Our faith goes beyond our belief in God. It extends to our country, our families, and our friends.
